The bullshit just never ends…or does it?
I am on a mission to stop the nonsense of the bullshit, and help you stop it as well.
There are no miracle cures, no guarantees, no money back options, but you will get live coaching that will challenge you to drop your bullshit as well. I mean what else would you hire a life coach for anyway, if not to get honest and valuable coaching. After all you don’t really hire a coach to stay stuck in feeling absolutely crazy or in driving yourself crazy, hey you can do that all by yourself… Right? You hire a coach to help you get unstuck and get going again!
Bullshit runs heavy in this country, everywhere you look, signs and advertisements promising you how great you will feel, how much longer you will live, how much better you could be if only you purchase this product or that one. Take a pill and your “restless leg syndrome” will be all better. Hmmm, what about looking at your diet and seeing how you might adjust your food as to support a healthier feeling when you lay down in bed?
If you are ready to actually do some work and make some changes I am here to support you in doing so. I coach people on dropping the bullshit they tell ourselves, and the change some of the beliefs that just do not serve you any longer, and choosing ones that will. For instance, how well does the belief serve you like, “I am a bad mom, or husband or father”, I mean really how does it serve you to believe that about yourself, how well does it serve your kids or the people around you? How about finding a new belief that might make you feel better, and might actually help you move towards being a great mom, or husband or father?
Being truthful with ourselves and taking responsibility for our own happiness and well being, and simply being willing to drop the bull shit is all you need.
So, is it your time for change?
Is it your time to get a bit uncomfortable so that you can actually get real comfortable and begin loving your life? If so,
