Perhaps I will write about my own bullshit today!
I have found myself talking others inventory, judging them on how they judge others, skeptical and really not very happy with my bullshit.
It is true, that we are all connected, and when I judge you I am judging myself, when I hurt you I hurt myself. When I choose to not see God in you I am not seeing God within myself either.

My own bullshit!
April 21, 2009being right
April 13, 2009Oh doesn’t it feel a’so good to be surrounded with people who agree with your every complaint and argument to validate your rightness!?
ErKKK…Perhaps prior to being coached it felt ah so good to be ah so right. Somehow things change once you get a coach and begin working on “right” and “wrong” and begin to see just how being “right” can actually trap you into being miserably stuck in life.
After coaching, one tends to not feel quite as comfortable surrounded by people who agree all the time. In fact a coached person tends to seek out people who from the outside appear to question complaints much more. People who are much more provocative and instrumental in ones growth become more of a desirable group to be surrounded with. A coached individual realizes that growth comes out of challenge.

Bullshit and more bullshit!
March 25, 2009Please, I simply want to understand how can we continue moving forward and healing this planet and finding peace with the world when we are constantly bombarded with major BULLSHIT!
Yes I really hate to say it, I hate to admit that Mr. Obama has challenged me to question myself and my own beliefs. Thank you Mr. Obama.
What have I made up about this president? I made up this story in my head that he was a man of the people, a man who was going to make decisions based on the people in this country-you know those of us who work day in and day out to feed and keep shelter over our families. The “normal” “everyday” folks like you and I who pay our taxes, who mortgage our homes to provide education to our kids, who, loose our homes when we become sick or ill and miss a few weeks of work. You know US. I made up this neat little story about Mr. Obama and how he would get into office and demand unequivocally that the bullshit in Washington would either stop, or simply disappear. I imagined that he might simply say, “hey I know what would make this country run again, and what I will do is take that bailout money and NOT give it to AIG or Social services, or even schools, what I will do is take that money a nd divide it up equally among every single individual and let them have the freedom to choose who stays in business and who goes. I will give them the power of financial choice. I will simply kick out anyone who tries to pass fat in congress, or tries to swindle the american people out of thier money.” I thought he might say, ” hey if you are a thief you will spent time in jail like any other thief, and have the opportunity to learn from your aggressions against others. “
“I made up a story that was sweet and wildly fantastic for the citizens of America, and it seems I made up a whole lot of bullshit!”
Sending your message to the president
February 7, 2009You can find the address and phone number to our president right here at: http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/
If you wish to call, you must do so during the week between 8 and 4pm I believe. Do both! Call and write and send an email!
Stimulus Bullshit…as usual…
February 7, 2009What a crock of SHIT! It is clear that the people in America need to really wake up and become conscious if we are really going to experience change in this country. We can not rely on our politicians any longer. This week is obvious that they have no clue what the hell most of us are experiencing. While politicians argue over getting some bullshit appropriations being shoveled into the stimulus package, and our newly elected “change” president not even calling them on their shit! People in this country are going homeless and hungry! You know the unemployment figures do not count all the self employed who are unable to collect unemployment benefits here in this country.
This wasn’t the change I was looking forward to, was it the change you thought might happen?
We need to raise our voices and raise them loud and quickly!
We have many issues to face in the future, but right now, if the issue is not something to do with jobs, food, and medical coverage for our people-it doesn’t belong in the stimulus!!! PERIOD
NO BULLSHIT!
This is the time to raise your voices, get on your local news, make news, write and call your politicians, and for heavens sake, get on Obama’s website and write to every email you can!!!
Education is great, but lets first get our kids fed!
Ways of actually “helping” your neighbor:-)
December 17, 2008When I pulled out a new roll of toliet paper this morning, I got the idea about the things people give us that are useful and the things that are not.
Such as the toilet paper, now this is a very useful thing, in fact my sister had brought over an eight pack during thanksgiving, when we had a lot of people here. A month later I am profoundly touched by the ability to open my cupboard and find it there!
In these times when many are suffering financially, what are items that will be useful, and what are those items one would just as soon you not show up with? Many people are feeling complete and utter humiliation as they experience not having an income, and not being able to locate a job. Many do not want to let anyone know just how incredibly bad they have it and how scared they are. So lets just assume everyone is hurting and come up with some great gift items that will relieve some of their fear!
If your person drinks coffee, then consumables such as coffee, and filters and creamer may delight them to no end, and have them thinking nice thoughts about you every day until it is used up, and then some!
A hot water bottle! Oh yeah, especially if they are keeping their heat turned down or off when you are not there! You can fancy it up a bit by making a sleeve for it out of fabric, or knit one.
Vegetables for soup, along with a chunk of ham, or beef, or a chicken all wrapped up pretty with a bow can keep them eating at least one more day! If you happen to have some money, throw in a big bag of rice, and you will feed them for a week or a month!
Fresh fruit works too. We all need more nourishment in these hard times to keep us out of depression and thinking more clearly!
If they have pets, take notice of what type of food they feed, and drop off a bag or two. One note here is to make sure it IS the food they feed, many many dogs and cats have troubles digesting foods, and actually need special foods so they will not get sick.
Gas cards are always helpful especially if some has a car! Bus tokens if they use the bus system.
A gift card for a salon, in case they need a hair cut or some styling to give them an edge prior to applying for a job.
Dried staples or bagged that will last a while such beans, rice, nuts, raisins, oatmeal, cornmeal, dates are always useful to have on hand.
Onions, carrots, potatoes, and such usually last awhile and can be cooked up as soups, and stews.
Frozen meats, cheeses & vegetables are great if one has a freezer and electricity, or if you happen to live in a cold winter climate, where it can stay frozen on a porch or in a box outside.
If your person is a smoker, you could brighten their day with a pack of smokes!
Oh, how about some fun seasonings, these are things that can add enough flavor to a boring same type of dish that will make it all seem new again and maybe even exciting! Rice and beans can be pretty yucky, without some spice and hot peppers! Then it becomes an entire joyful blissful dish!
Well, there’s a few thoughts:-)

Clean up this site a bit!
December 9, 2008Yes it occurred to me that perhaps I might want to clean up some of the language a little here on my site. I mean using the word, bullshit is one thing, I mean this is the no bullshit website after all. Yet I believe there are many times when I simply use profanity, or slang out of laziness to find better words.
Over the next few weeks, I am going to be adding some new content and cleaning up some of the old stuff… AHHH
